Re: new/old member
Yes Lady A, I wonder if more people feel what we are talking about here about fb. I do t believe we are meant to be turned in so many directions. We are meant to experience what is next on our path, not to go down each side shoot (best way I could put it)! Fb creates obsession with the self.

Weed identification
I did my first weed walk today in my yard. The plants I could certainly identify were mugwort, violets and plantain. I saw many other plants I wasn't sure about. What amazes me is that I've never seen all of the poke that was growing along the back edge of our garden! I picked some of the berries to...

Re: herbs for panic attacks
Hi. At one time I was on nerve pills that the doc had put me on. I found that they were perpetuating the panic I was experiencing. I started using three oils in a diffuser of lavender, geranium and clary sage. I got off the pills quickly! After I didn't need the pills any more, the oils seemed too s...

Re: Biopsy
I have switched over to using a tooth powder to brush my teeth. I got this from Doug Simons. I know the harvested herbs came from NM, but right now I dont know what would be useful in my yard, except the plantain. I'm sure they are there, I just need more knowledge of who they are. This tooth powder...

Re: Mugwort
Oh yes and one more thing I remembered. I had taken a comfrey root poultice off my shoulder for three days and spread the comfrey leather around all of the plants growing at my front steps. Could the nutrients in the poultice have caused that? Whatever it was it appears that this moma mugwort doesn'...

Mugwort
If anyone has any experience with mugwort, have you ever seen a mugwort plant's leaf veins turn red? I have it growing all around but there is one in a pot growing with some Poppy and Nigella sativa. Weird. Maybe it isn't mugwort? Maybe one if the kids poured something on it? It's the weirdest thing...

Re: Tincture for arthritis
Hi. She just drinks it as is. I use it with blueberries and raspberries when I can get them, mangoes and banana for a blended treat and help seeds too! Sometimes I just like it with pure honey! It really is good. I too had some kombucha brew going for almost a year. I love it with green tea, elderbe...

Re: Tincture for arthritis
My mom makes kefir from milk on an Amish farm and consumes that. This, she says, has anchored two of her last two teeth making them to go from loose to strong and planted. Earlier this summer when Dave pulled in the tomato harvest, we both enjoyed heirloom organic tomatoes of different varieties. We...
