So...how long did it take to get your first mailing?

I ordered the ABC of Herbalism course a couple of weeks ago. I'm really excited about it and I'm trying to be patient as I wait for the first mailing. I was just wondering how long it took for other correspondence course students to get their first mailing. I'm sure it depends a lot on location, etc. as to how long it will take but I'd like to have some idea so I can know about how long I'll have to wait.

It can take weeks to get all your books, but you should get the initial packet soon. If Susun is away, then it would take longer.

Thanks for responding. That's exciting that it should be here soon. I do understand that Susun has travel, retreats, and workshops going on so times will vary.

And sometimes she has to order some of the books, so that can delay it, because they have to get to her first, then she mails them to you. The packet usually goes out in a couple of weeks or so, then the books come along. That's how it was for me anyway.

i believe Susun has been in texas, and her daughter Justine has also been away helping a friend with a new baby Justine will be available to answer emails on or after May 19, i don't know when Susun will be available and you can only reach her by phone on Wednesday (i think?) evenings.... all of my mailings (even books) have been fairly speedy- considering how busy Susun & Justine are!!

I put in my order and got my Green Witch course quite quickly! It was so nice to see a little note in there from Susan, too. The books took a little longer because like the others said, they had to order in the books. But I've ordered numerous CD sets,etc, from them and other books as well and was pleasantly surprised at how quickly my things came - all in good condition, nicely packaged. What fun to open a big box of books and CDs from Susun!
