I invested in a Mason-Pearson brush with some nylon bristles...as I said before, enough to get through the tangles and give me a good scalp massage. These brushes are expensive...I'll probably pass mine down to my great-cousins or something...

, but they are very good quality and really do the job I want them to do.

I like to use a boar bristle brush to brush my skin. It feels so good and stimulates the circulation and lymph systems, boosting immunity as well as increasing blood flow to the surface. It's also works to exfoliate dead skin cells.
