I just went outside in the cold to shovel and all day my throat has felt weird. I think it is from post nasal drip. So, my ears are also filled with fluid, and feel sloshy, and there is some ringing, and my right ear is a little itchy. How can I get things to move and drain?

The wax deep inside your ears has solidified from the cold, then cracked up into little chunks. (Yes, it happens). Use a blow-drier on your ears, set at low or medium, to soften all the wax, then clean with a Q-tip. Or run a hot bath to lie down in and submerge your head and ears in the water (not your face) for about 5 minutes, then Q-tip. The hot water will soften and liquify the wax. Make sure you keep on Q-tipping til it all comes clean and dry.
