How would I figure a dosages of a given herb, if your treating a condition? From what I read, you want a stronger dose, but how far do you go.

And how to find/figure a dosage that is more in line with the PERSON not the 'dis-ease'. TWO people, ONE diagnosis, TWO treatments kind of thing.

Then how do you find the dosage for that person, age, condition, herb type, body Weight?

Lets say I want to detox the lymphatic system, for a cancer like treatment?

First stop in looking for an answer " The Herbal Medicine Makers Handbook" by James Green pages 297-298
He says it is better to under-dose then overdose...really lol.
As a general rule large robust folks may require a larger dose as compared to a smaller or even elderly person. According to Mr. Green at age 65 dosage for lets say a SYSTEMIC remedy would as one ages require a descending scale of dosage, while for herbs that help ELIMINATE may require a higher dosage because of a lack of vigor within the body.

Moving on......

Michael Moore's Southwest School of Botanical Medicine website ( www.swsbm.com ) has some interesting herb information. Look under CLINICAL HERB MANUALS.
