Hi...I have Susun's Menopause Book & consider it my Menopausal Bible. Other, more "clinical" books are so depressing!

Your book on menopause is the best I've read. I am 45 and going though
menopause now. It's an interesting journey, embracing what comes............

Thanks for writing that book.

You should know how much I love your books, especially the menopause one. You are a blessing and I feel a special connection to you and what you do…

I purchased your books, and everything made perfect sense… I feel a connection to nature and believe in you and what you do... …

Thank you so much.

Please add my e-mail address to your "mailing" list. I was looking to additional information on Pokeweed and was linked to one or your sites. Being a young thing of 52 years, I found your info on the "change" interesting.....thanks

I have to say that I keep running into females who are in perimenapause and
not at all clear over what to do to assist this transition and are confused
over what is happening with their bodies. A copy of Menopause Years was
loaned to me and after reading it I have given numerous copies away. I
figure it's more effective than refering someone to a book they have never
heard of. This book has helped me with my fears and I hope to feel better
soon.

Keep well and thanks!

Hi,

I'm 50 and started to go through the change this year in March. (probably before but didn't notice since I'm healing from chronic lyme disease) Susun's book has been a lifeline. No periods for 4 months. I'm drinking the nettle, oatstraw and red clover infusions and have no more hot flashes…

I really appreciate your wisdom. Thanks.

Hi,

… I was trying to find the 'Down There' book, but found this site instead. I have read the 'New Menopausal Years' and love the format. I wish I could attend a
workshop, but I am in San Francisco. How lovely that you provide this Q &
A. Thank you so much.

Susun,

I'm sure many women have told you and I tell you once more: thankyou, you contribute to the change in my life and help me get better. I'm an Italian feminist and yoga kundalini teacher, I'm working on a workshop about menopause and your sites, books, advices were so so precious.

The goddess bless you

Hello!

I am a woman transitioning through menopause. I have tried the kundalini
meditation from the menopause meditation website and I found it to be really
incredible. I am finding out just how much I suppress my anger and my
eroticism. The visualization and the breathing seem to release tension and
anxiety, and I feel so alive and powerful - wonderful. I have done it just
before sleep and it is followed by a dream which includes elements of
sensual fulfillment. This is in contrast to the dreams of frustration I
often have.

I have done this meditation twice, one week apart. Since it seems so
beneficial, I plan to continue with it…

Thanks for sharing this beautiful meditation

My Dear Susun;

I must say that your newsletters and videos that I have read and seen do touch the core of my heart. Thank you for the monthly newsletters.

I would like to send to all my pre and post menopausal friends your article that you wrote in Septembers newsletter about hormone replacement. Some of my friends and family member need to read it.

Thanking you in advance and green blessings...
