i make tea either the sun method (your choice of tea with cool water in a big jug, then let it set out in the sun, cool then drink) or a fairly standard method hot water (not quite boiling) over tea bags or leaves. set to cool. then drink. there are several kinds of tea i like mostly i go for the fruit ones with raspberries, pomegranettes, orange, lemon, etc. i also really like the minty teas, spearmint, peppermint etc.

This summer, here in Oregon, it has not gotten hot enough to do sun tea.

Our favorite is Hibiscus High from Mountain Rose Herbs. I put the herbs in a tea ball, pour boiling water over the top, and refridgerate overnight. We all like it sweetened, and we either use simple syrup or honey. If you add licorice root it's naturally sweet. :)

its been so hot here that things cook unless you put them in the 'fridge. i will trade you.

My husband's favorite tea is Rooibos. I make a gallon at a time (1/4 cup of looseleaf steeped for 15 minutes), lightly sweeten it and refrigerate it. It tastes a lot like black iced tea but less bitter. It also tastes great with mint and sometimes I add oatstraw infusion to it for the health benefits. It's also delicious with orange mint, lemon grass and strawberry leaves.
