as spring approaches i find myself reflecting on my present spirit
it is more than just winter blah- not depression- but an inhibition that strangely is recognized and ignored
it is time to light up and embrace the vibrancy for life which i have
maybe sittting under cherry blossoms all day. . .
any ideas for a 'spirit' jump? it is hard to describe what i mean exactly
just delving into what i already know to be true and beautifull
warm wishes

judy
good question
i have been so focused on my daughter that i am a little out of touch with what deeply inspires me-
definately going for walks under the cherry blossom trees- gazing up at their perfect pink fluffy cloud flowers and delicate smell.................
i'll start here - and it will be a delightful walk indeed
warm wishes

I think there's just been something kind of.."weird" in the air...I know I feel the same lately!
I tend to get a "spiritual jump" being around creative, likeminded people.. maybe there's a gathering or a workshop you could attend?
Or a famer's market? You'd be surprised how being in the open air with fresh, organic fruits, veggies and handcrafts can be recharging. Might sound silly I know, but it works for me!
Blessings,
Em
