i'm feeling really drawn to learn more about juliette and her incredible nomadic lifestyle. having read many of her books, i am now wondering about the video/dvd that ash tree has put out...
anyone here seen it?
any feedback?
comments?
i'd love to know a bit more - i'm on the verge of ordering it if all goes well...

HI ff, I first watched Juliette of the Herbs I believe on PBS. It is wonderful and I watched it over and over and love it so much. I want to see it again... but no tv. It is not put together by Ash Tree, done by Tish Streeten, but is sold through the bookshop.
I don't like to own more than I need and especially am not fond of watching a movie more than once. But this is one I would watch many times over.
For those unfamiliar you can
read about it here.
Enjoy

I've seen it and it's TERRIFIC!
If you've already read her books, there will probably be many things that will be familiar as far as her story is concerned, but it's just so fabulous to see her at work just doing what she does. Also nice to see Susun and Rosemary Gladstar in the video talking about her as well.
Highly recommended as a wonderful look at a grandma herbalist who really walks the walk.
Two thumbs way up!

thank you both!
i had a sneaking suspicion it might be wonderful... it sounds like such an affirmation of wise woman ways AND unorthodox nomadic lifestyles, and i'd certainly love to learn more of BOTH.
yay!!!!
