I just identified her as 'wood sorrel' this summer. She's always been around but we called her 'sour grass.' Yes, even though she certainly doesn't look like grass. I did a little research and found she can be used in salads, seems to me she would fall apart if cooked. And a tart drink can be made by pureeing (sp) her in water, add honey if desired. This drink besides being refreshing, is said to help lower fevers. Especially good for children.
